The Known Unknowns Evolving from the pub scene in the 90s as a rock cover band under a now not so politically correct name, we are an ageing bunch of rockers bringing you the best of the early days of hard rock. With a blend of female and male vocal talents, the Known UnKnowns bring old music back to life with a style all their own. Our repertoire includes covers from the greats, not limited to the Stones, Deep Purple, Kinks, AC DC, Hoodoo Gurus, Divinyls, SunnyBoys, Cream, Doors, Screaming Jets, Swingers...you get the picture. Our lineup: Matt Sturgess on guitar and vocals Jane Shaw on vocals and accidental guitar Jim Katsifolis on guitar and flute Tony Luxmore on keys and sax Duncan Savage on drums and vocals oh yeah...and the bass player - Chris Katsifolis.
